Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 January 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

Summary of outcome
On 25 February 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found a new management team in place. The certificate of registration is displayed at the setting and all the required records are available for inspection. These include all the required information for each child and records of staff qualifications and vetting, including their Disclosure and Barring Service check numbers. Suitable induction and supervision processes are in place, so staff are aware of their responsibilities, including under the Data Protection Legislation. Records about staff and children are kept securely and only accessible and available to those who have a right or professional need to see them. A staff member who has a current paediatric first-aid certificate is always on the premises. The staff member with designated lead for safeguarding children has attended an

appropriate child protection training course.

Summary of outcome
Each child has been assigned a key person to help ensure that their care is tailored to meet their individual needs. Suitable systems are in place to complete a progress check when children are aged between two and three years and to provide parents with a written summary of their children's development. The provider has improved the premises, including the kitchen and outdoor space to ensure they are fit for purpose and comply with requirements of health and safety legislation, including fire safety and hygiene requirements. Outdoor activities for children are planned daily.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider and no further action was required by Ofsted on this matter. The next step will be a full inspection. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
