Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 January 2022, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 January 2022, we carried out an unannounced visit and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements, specifically they failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, likely to affect their registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Additionally, we found that the provider had left children in the care of their assistants for longer than the two hours permitted in any one day, and at times in the sole care of adults unknown to Ofsted. Furthermore, the provider failed to ensure that adults caring for children appropriately risk assessed the areas used by the children. In order to meet requirements the provider made arrangements to stop operating temporarily.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 March 2022, we carried out a further regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to review action taken by the provider to bring the registration in line with requirements. Following this visit the provider chose to resign their registration and is no longer registered with Ofsted.
