Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 March 2022, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that a child went missing from the provider's care during a walk to school. The provider explained the steps they have taken to ensure a similar incident does not happen again. For example, the provider has ordered hi-visibility jackets for children and will ensure that the younger children hold hands with the older children when on outings, and will walk in front of her so she can see them at all times. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider and they remain registered with Ofsted.
