Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 27 January 2022, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 15 February 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has reviewed the procedures for risk assessment. She is now able to identify and minimise any possible risks to children. This helps to keep children safe. The provider has also improved her record keeping arrangements. She records and maintains required information, for each child in her care. The provider now keeps an accurate record of children's daily hours of attendance. She has improved how she stores documentation, which helps her to access required records and information easily. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
