This visit took place to monitor the action taken by the provider in response to the two compliance notices served following the full inspection on 16 and 17 November 2021. This monitoring visit
Twice-weekly meetings are now scheduled between the manager and responsible individual. These meetings will provide additional oversight, review, and objective debrief of any incidents that have occurred.

This monitoring visit
A review of external monitoring of the home has taken place. This has considered the identified shortfalls from the previous inspection and, in response, the format of the reports has been amended. A new format is currently being piloted and will be subject to further review. It is envisaged that this will provide greater scrutiny of practice and assist managers in identifying areas for improvement.
p.2
This monitoring visit
