Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 31 December 2021. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. Summary of outcome
We found that the lead practitioner for safeguarding had improved their knowledge of their responsibilities to protect children. Additionally, the provider had trained extra senior staff to undertake the designated safeguarding lead role. They had improved their senior management team's knowledge of the action to take should they have a concern about a child's safety or welfare. There was a secure key person system in place, including arrangements for when staff are absent. The provider had re-organised furniture in the baby room to ensure sleeping babies were protected from harm. They had ensured that the person in charge each day had access to important records and documents.
