Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 24 December 2022, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. Following receipt of the concerns, we suspended the registration as we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension of a provider's registration allows time for the circumstances to be investigated and for steps to be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.

Summary of outcome
On 12 January 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. The provider had not followed their safeguarding policy and procedure in relation to managing allegations made against them. They did not have the relevant Local Safeguarding Children's Partnership information for who to contact if they had concerns about a child's welfare. Following the visit, while the provider was suspended, they resigned their registration. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
