Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 6 January 2022, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that staff and the designated safeguarding lead had updated their safeguarding knowledge. The procedures for recording accidents, including existing injuries, had been improved. Records relating to staff details and suitability checks undertaken were readily available. Staff had completed training to help them to continuously improve the quality of learning for children. More opportunities are provided for children to play and learn outdoors on a daily basis. Additional staff had completed paediatric first aid training and others are booked on appropriate training courses. This helps ensure that sufficient staff hold a full and current paediatric first aid qualification. The provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities had been reviewed and improved. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
