Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 22 November 2021 we carried out an inspection and found that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We found that the provider had failed to maintain a current paediatric first aid certificate and public liability insurance.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We issued a Welfare Requirements Notice and monitored this on 13 December 2021 and found the provider was still not meeting some of the requirements. A second Welfare Requirements Notice was issued on 16 December 2021 and was monitored on 4 January 2022. The provider holds a current paediatric first-aid certificate and now has public liability insurance in place. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
