recognise and protect children from female genital mutilation. The childminder does not safeguard children's welfare effectively. n The childminder completes risk assessments to ensure her home is safe. She discusses how she keeps children safe while on outings. However, she has not maintained her public liability insurance, as required. n The childminder has addressed the recommendation raised at the last inspection. She organises resources so that children can make choices during play and follow their own interests. She has also extended the range of toys and books available. n The childminder has failed to keep required documents about the children in her care or any records of their attendance. The lack of records put children's safety at risk. The childminder cannot provide documents when requested by Ofsted or other agencies, or ensure the safe and efficient management of her service. n The childminder talks fondly of older minded children who have been in her care

p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
