Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 10 November 2021, we received concerns that this childminder was not meeting some of these requirements. The childminder will be able to give parents further information about this
p.1
Summary of outcome
We carried out an unannounced visit where found an individual on the premises who was not known to Ofsted and had therefore not had their suitability verified. The childminder had not notified us that they were a regular visitor and present when minded children were. This is an offence. In addition, the premises inside and outside posed a risk of harm to children due to animals.
