p.2

She does not know the process she needs to follow should an allegation be made against herself or a household member. She does not understand the requirement to notify Ofsted about changes to household members or other significant events that might affect her suitability and practice. n The childminder does not evaluate her practice effectively. She has failed to maintain the mandatory requirements for registration. Although the childminder knows that she must update all her training, she has so far not made any attempt to do this.
p.2
This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
