Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 July 2021, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 July 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has improved risk assessments to identify and remove all hazards to children. The provider has trained staff to understand the procedure to follow should they have a concern about a member of staff's conduct. Staff are now receiving appropriate support monitoring and coaching. Records are available to demonstrate that staff's suitability has been checked. Each child now has a named key person. Hygiene procedures have been improved. The temperature of children's rooms is monitored and maintained at a safe temperature. Outdoor activities for babies are now planned for daily. Staff have received training to help them improve the behaviour management strategies they use. Information sharing with parents has been improved so that they now receive detailed information about their child's care and learning experiences.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
