Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 July 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We suspended the provider's registration on 29 July 2021 because we believed children may be at risk of harm.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have decided to extend the suspension for a further period of six weeks from 21 October 2021 to 1 December 2021. We are continuing suspension because we believe children may be exposed to a risk of harm. We have considered the provider's continued suitability for registration and have concluded the provider is no longer suitable to remain registered. We have made a decision to keep the suspension in place. We believe that lifting suspension would place a child at risk of harm. We are taking steps to cancel the provider's registration due to the significant risks of harm to children. The provider objected to our intention to take the step. We considered the provider's objection and did not uphold the objection made. We have served a notice of decision to cancel registration. The provider has a right to an appeal.
