Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 September 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On the same day the provider notified us about the involvement of other agencies due to a child having injuries. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which may affect the suitability of those living or working with children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 1 September 2021 because we believed that children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allowed time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. On 9 September 2021 we lifted the suspension as we felt that the children were no longer at risk of harm.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 October 2021 we carried out a regulatory visit. On 7 October 2021, we carried out a further regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. The provider had failed to be alert to any issues of concern in the child's life at home or elsewhere. Through discussion the provider explained how she had reflected on this and was able to explain how she would ensure that she acted appropriately and in line with requirements in the event of anything similar happening.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
