Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 July 2021, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be not met with enforcement. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 September 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. At this visit we found that the provider had not met the actions in the welfare requirements notice. As a result, we issued another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure the individual needs of children are met and provide a setting which is stimulating and enables children to play and explore.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 14 October 2021, we carried out another unannounced regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last monitoring visit. We found that the provider had employed another member of staff to work at the site. This means there are sufficient staff available to deal with any safety emergencies whilst also ensuring children remain supervised appropriately. They had improved their systems for supervising staff to make sure that they understood their roles and responsibilities and were able to provide suitable activities for children while at the club.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
