Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 29 September 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had gained a greater understanding of how to safeguard children and could explain what action they would take if they had a safeguarding concern in future. this included the provider's plan to maintain appropriate records and share information with other agencies. The provider was able to demonstrate what action had been taken to safeguard children. We found that the provider now meets children's needs and supervises them closely. The provider has reviewed sleeping arrangements, making cots used by children safer by removing risky items including toys and ensuring that only suitable bedding is used. The provider demonstrates that they understand the safe sleeping guidelines for babies and will follow them with any babies that they care for. The provider now has a current paediatric first-aid certificate. Evidence has been provided regarding appropriate vehicle insurance. The premises are now clean and appropriate hygiene
