Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 15 and 21 September 2021, we received further concerns that the provider was not meeting the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 October 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had addressed the actions from the previous visit. However, we discussed new concerns with the provider and found a child had been unsupervised at the provision for a short period of time. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of this significant event which is a requirement of their registration. The provider took action to ensure staff were aware of the requirement to adequately supervise children in the future. They amended their risk assessments for outdoor play.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
