All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. Summary of outcome
We monitored compliance with the welfare requirements notice during an inspection on 17/09/2021. We found that all staff had updated their safeguarding training and demonstrated improved knowledge of safeguarding procedures. We found that the provider had reviewed and implemented appropriate processes to assess the suitability of staff. Supervision and induction processes have been reviewed and now fully inform staff of their roles and responsibilities. This knowledge is monitored during staff supervision. We found that records are now detailed and monitored regularly. Sensitive information is now stored securely and only shared with those who have authority to view these. We also found that staff have updated their knowledge and understanding of children's behaviour, which is now reflected in supportive practice. The provider has met the actions of the welfare requirements notice. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
