Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 July 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 9 July 2021 because we believed that children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 September 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. We concluded our enquiries during a regulatory telephone call on 3 September 2021. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of significant events, which is a requirement of their registration. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had initially failed to take reasonable steps to keep children safe following the significant events. However, when we spoke to the provider in September, she had recently put in place appropriate measures to keep children safe. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 September 2021, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.
