Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 19 July 2021, we received a notification from the provider. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 5 August 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and found that the provider had not taken appropriate action when a child became ill. The provider will be able to give parents more information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n promote the good health of children attending the setting by seeking professional medical attention without delay, when there are serious accidents or incidents.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 20 August 2021, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider has reviewed their policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with the statutory requirements. In addition, staff have strengthened their understanding of the emergency procedures to ensure that they seek professional medical advice without delay, where there are any serious accidents or incidents. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
