On 28 June 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We issued actions for the provider to take within the timescale set out below. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

On the 21st August 2021 the provider informed us that they have updated their knowledge of safeguarding and identifying signs and symptoms of abuse. They had also updated their knowledge of events and changes that need to be notified to Ofsted. We are satisfied the provider has now met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
