Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following an inspection on 22 July 2021 we suspended the provider's registration on 23 July 2021. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider appealed to the Health, Education and Social Care First- tier Tribunal against the decision to suspend registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following the inspection, we also issued the provider a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action by 24 August 2021.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 August 2021, the provider informed us that they took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We visited the provider on 18 August 2021. We were satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children had been removed. We lifted suspension on 18 August 2021.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We visited the provider on 24 August 2021. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. The provider took swift action and ensured that the registered premises is safe for the provision of childcare. She has improved her knowledge and understanding of the procedures to follow in the event of a safeguarding allegation. She ensures she has a valid public-liability insurance and that essential records, including suitability checks and paediatric first-aid certificates are available to view, for people who have a professional need to see them. She understands her responsibility to share information with Ofsted, as required. We are satisfied that the provider has taken appropriate action to meet the actions set in the welfare requirements Notice. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
