Summary of outcome
On 16 August 2021, the provider informed us of the action they had taken to meet the requirements. We found that the provider has improved their knowledge of understanding of their responsibility to maintain confidentiality of information and records, and to ensure that records are available for inspection. The provider has reflected on and improved arrangements to work with co-childminders and assistants and to assure children's safety. The provider obtains parental permission as required, in relation to leaving children with assistants. Finally, the provider has improved their systems to inform Ofsted of people who live in the household. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
