This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder has insufficient knowledge of the requirements set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage'. Consequently, she is not meeting a number of legal requirements, which also relate to the requirements of the Childcare Register. n The childminder has failed to take steps to ensure that all people aged 16 years or over, who live or work on domestic premises where childcare takes place, are suitable to be in contact with children. n The childminder does not have a secure understanding of the signs and indicators that a child may be at risk of abuse and neglect. Consequently, she may not be able respond in a timely and appropriate way to ensure that children are kept safe. The childminder also failed to meet this requirement at her last inspection. n The details available to parents about how to contact Ofsted if they believe the childminder is not meeting the early years foundation stage requirements are

This provision does not meet requirements

There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
