explore nature. For example, children show creativity as they build a 'snail club' from leaves and grass ready for the snails to arrive. n Parent partnerships are good. Parents describe the setting as 'brilliant' and comment that their children never want to leave the club at home time. The staff work in partnership with the school to ensure children's continuity of care is a high priority. n Managers use effective safer recruitment processes to ensure all staff are suitable to work with children. Managers hold regular virtual team meetings to develop and discuss key areas of focus with their staff. n Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, parents are unable to enter the out-of-school club provision. Staff utilise electronic communications to ensure information is shared effectively with parents. The provision has also had a change of location within the school grounds. Children still have access to indoor

and outdoor activities. As a result, these changes have had no impact on children's development. n Staff complete statutory training to keep their safeguarding knowledge up to date, but this is not fully effective in supporting them to take suitable actions. While staff recognise when children are at risk of harm, they do not report such concerns to the relevant agencies. As a result, this compromises children's safety.

This provision does not meet requirements
There were no children present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
