Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 May 2021 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 23 June 2021 we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of four significant events or changes, which is a requirement of the registration. We also found that the provider was not meeting two of the other requirements. They had taken action to put this right for one of the requirements. The provider has improved the security arrangements for the use of the nursery devices. We have issued a notice of action to improve. This notice requires the provider to take the action below within the timescale set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure that staffing arrangements are organised to meet the needs of children in the baby room, and that there is at least one member of staff for every three children
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has improved staff knowledge on the ratio requirements and has implemented a new system to check the number of children booked in to the nursery. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
