When scheduled training was cancelled due to COVID- 19 restrictions, the manager was resourceful and worked in partnership with professionals such as the police to deliver training.

The manager is inspirational. She leads a highly motivated team of staff who share the same drive and passion that she does. There is a clear focus on supporting children who are preparing for semi-independence or returning to the care of their family. The home has worked closely with one local authority and the child’s family to create a plan to support the child to return to his mother’s care.
