We visited the provider on 21 April 2021 and found that suitable steps had been taken to address the above actions. Additionally, during the visit, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. In relation to the new areas of concern, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

On 25 May 2021, we carried out an inspection of the provider. We found that the they had taken suitable steps to address the two actions due by 24 May 2021. However, there were further areas of concern, some were reoccurring issues relating to actions previously raised. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. In relation to the new areas of concern, we have served a further welfare requirements notice in relation to the breaches of safeguarding and welfare requirements of the EYFS.
