p.1

Summary of outcome

On 13 April 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. Staff had not demonstrated the skills needed to liaise effectively with parents, in particular, in relation to behaviour management. The provider had already identified similar weaknesses and has taken some steps to increase the understanding of staff. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider is required to take the action below within the timescale set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome

• improve the staff understanding of how to liaise more effectively with parents.
