On 24 March 2021, the provider notified us that an incident had occurred regarding behaviour management. On 26 April 2021, the provider notified us that they had realised they had not acted on concerns shared with them in line with their safeguarding procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant incidents.

Summary of outcome
On 26 April 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and on 4 May 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
We contacted the provider and found that the manager and staff have received safeguarding training. This has improved their knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm. We also found they have received guidance on how to provide a better approach to managing children's behaviour. In addition, the manager has received support to develop their skills further. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
