Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in www.gov.uk/early-years- foundation-stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
While routine and assurance inspections of early years and childcare provision remain suspended, we are continuing with early years regulatory work. We have completed additional regulatory work looking at the information that we hold about this provider. The focus was to check the provider was meeting requirements following a concern and notification since their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 April 2021, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had met the actions set at their last inspection. They had improved their knowledge of safeguarding, in particular changes to legislation and guidance. The provider understood their assessment responsibilities, in particular the written assessment to complete of children's progress between the age of two and three.
p.1
Summary of outcome
However, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2
Summary of outcome
n ensure records are readily available and consent is gained from Ofsted to store documents off the premises.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 1 May 2021 we received a written response from the provider who had taken appropriate action. She had improved her knowledge and understanding of successful behaviour management processes. The provider had appropriate systems in place for working with parents and other professionals to support children's individual needs. She had an effective complaints procedure, including keeping accurate documentation and a record of their outcome. The provider knows how to ensure records are readily available and consent is gained from Ofsted to store documents off the premises, where relevant.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
