Summary of outcome

On 16 April 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. During the call, we found the childminder was not meeting some of the requirements. The childminder provided a detailed account of the incident that led to a child being left unsupervised. As a result of these breaches, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the childminder to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The childminder will be able to give parents further information about this matter.
