Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 8 March 2021, we received concerns from the local authority that children's safety was being compromised and that staff may be under the influence of a substance which may affect their ability to care for children. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 March 2021, we carried out a regulatory telephone call and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. We also found that the committee members had changed. The provider had not notified Ofsted about this. The failure to notify means that the provider has not met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', to notify Ofsted of any change to the individuals who are partners in, or a director, secretary or other officers or members of its governing body.

Summary of outcome
We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider and no further action was required by Ofsted on this matter. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
