A consistent and appropriately qualified core staff team is in place in the home. They benefit from extensive training in all topics they need to care for children, such as Inspection report for children's home - monitoring visit: 2597722 2 safeguarding and first aid. The staff benefit from regular supervision and annual appraisals to ensure effective staff development. Managers undertake an impact risk assessment when a child may move to the home. It is not clearly documented how the staff will safely manage any potential risks that may arise from the children living together.
