Summary of outcome

Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 January 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider failed to notify us of information that could affect their suitability. This means the provider failed to meet their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of such information. On 3 and 4 February 2021, we discussed the information with the provider. We are satisfied they remain suitable for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
