Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions. The provider has recruited additional qualified staff. This ensures that half the staff are qualified at all times. The provider has also maintained adult-to-child ratios, which helps to ensure the needs of children are consistently met. All staff and apprentices have received additional support and training, which has helped to improve the quality of practice. Furthermore, all staff have completed refresher training on behaviour management to ensure they manage children's behaviour in an appropriate and consistent manner. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
