p.1

This monitoring visit

The purpose of the visit was to explore the action taken by the home following an incident that took place on 4 January 2021, and the provider’s response to concerns raised by a parent. Consequently, the provider has not identified why this course of action was appropriate and has not considered any

p.2

This monitoring visit

Due to the focus of this visit, consideration was not given to all the requirements and recommendations raised at the previous inspection on 17 July 2019. Therefore, these have been carried over into this report and will be considered at the next inspection.
