Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care, within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 February 2020, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was asked to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 November 2020, while routine inspections were suspended, we carried out an interim visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had met the action raised regarding attendance records. However, the provider had not met the other actions that were set. We have therefore served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 3 December 2020 we monitored the provider's compliance with the above requirements. We found that the provider has improved her knowledge on different kinds and signs of child abuse. She knows the local referral procedures that she must follow if she is concerned about a child or if an allegation is made. The provider is taking steps to improve her early years knowledge and skills. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
