On 1 December 2020, while routine inspections were suspended we carried out an interim regulatory call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the childminder had improved their knowledge and understanding of the documentation she is required to maintain to protect children's welfare. She understands her responsibilities regarding sharing information with parents and the local Authority, when required.
