There has been no registered manager since 27 September 2020.

p.1

This monitoring visit

Ofsted served a notice of suspension on 25 June 2020 and conducted a monitoring visit on 11 August 2020. An assurance visit was conducted on 14 September 2020, which was also used to monitor the suspension notice.

p.1

This monitoring visit

From that visit, Ofsted reissued the suspension notice for the period of 15 September 2020 to 8 December 2020. Eight requirements were also made, with a deadline for compliance with these by 14 November 2020.

p.1

This monitoring visit

The purpose of this visit was to assess if the provider had complied with the suspension notice and to assess if enough progress had been made for Ofsted to consider lifting the suspension notice.

p.1

This monitoring visit

Following the first period of suspension, the provider wrote an action plan as a result of the investigations into the failings in the home. Senior leaders, who were newly appointed at the time of the assurance visit, have rewritten this with the actions required to meet the breaches of regulation found at the last monitoring visit. The provider has until 14 November 2020 to evidence that these requirements are met in full. The suspension notice remains in place.

p.1

This monitoring visit

The provider has complied with the suspension notice. Ofsted will continue to monitor the issues that were raised in the notice. Inspection report for children’s home - monitoring visit: SC457639 2
