Summary of outcome
Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills is leading Ofsted's work into how regulated early years and childcare providers in England have delivered child- centred practice and care within the context of the restrictions placed on society during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 February 2019, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be requires improvement. The inspection report sets out the action the provider was asked to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 October 2020, while routine inspections were suspended, we carried out an interim visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider now ensures children have healthy meals and learn about the importance of having a healthy diet. The provider has undertaken some training and now provides a regular flow of information with parents.
p.1
Summary of outcome
For the other actions not met by the provider, we have served a welfare requirements notice. Additionally, during the visit, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. We included these additional concerns in the welfare requirements notice. A welfare requirements notice is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

The provider has arranged suitable hygienic facilities for changing children who wear nappies.
