Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 8 November 2019 we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We liaised with other agencies and suspended the provider's registration from 8 November 2019 until 10 December 2019 when we were satisfied that there was no risk of harm to children. We carried out unannounced visits to the premises on the 9 November 2019 and again on 13 March 2020.

Summary of outcome

We have sent the provider a Notice to Improve that asks them to take the actions below within the timescale set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
