Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 20 May 2020, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The provider also notified us of the concern on 20 May 2020. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of safeguarding allegations.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have now lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension and we are satisfied that there is now no risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have issued an action. This is a notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure confidential information and records about staff and children are held securely and only accessible and available to those who have a right or professional need to see them.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had not reported the allegation to the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) for safeguarding. This is a legal requirement (Child protection). However, the provider had already identified that she should have informed the LADO and was clear she would do so in future. As a result, we took no further action as the provider had already taken steps to meet the requirement.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We received an appropriate response to the action from the provider.
