Summary of outcome
On 30 September 2020, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last visit. We found that the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider has supported staff to develop a good knowledge and understanding of wider safeguarding issues and referral processes relating to allegations. We are satisfied the provider has met those aspects of the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. However, the provider has not ensured that staff have a fully confident knowledge of referral processes outside of the setting if they should have concerns about a child's welfare. We have therefore served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to

Summary of outcome
On 16 October 2020, we carried out a further regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action, raised at their last visit. We found that the provider had updated information, including their safeguarding policy about referral processes and shared this with staff. In addition, staff had improved their knowledge and were found to have a secure understanding of referral processes outside of the setting, if they should have concerns about children's welfare. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
