Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 November 2019, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 September 2020, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider and staff have all improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding matters, including the 'Prevent' duty guidance to keep children safe. All staff have completed appropriate training to develop their skills and now have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The staff supervision arrangements have been developed to effectively monitor and identify ongoing training needs and tackle underperformance. The quality of teaching has been improved and children access an interesting and challenging range of activities each day. Steps have been taken to ensure the safety of children at all times. The staffing arrangements, particularly at lunchtime, have has been improved to meet the needs of children and ensure their safety. In addition, the changes in the lunchtime routine helps to support children's good behaviour and promote their understanding of how to keep themselves safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
