Summary of outcome
On 12 December 2019, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be requires improvement. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was asked to take to meet the requirements.

Summary of outcome
On 16 September 2020, while routine inspections were suspended, we carried out an interim visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had met one of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not the other. They had improved their understanding of the requirements relating to complaints. They had developed an appropriate form to record all complaints. Although the provider had addressed the risks relating to pet feeding equipment, they had not assessed and minimised the risks associated with the trampoline. We therefore served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
