Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 March 2020, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We carried out a regulatory telephone call and suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the circumstances to be investigated and for steps to be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 April 2020, we made a regulatory telephone call to the provider when it became clear that he had failed to notify us of a significant event. This means that the provider had not met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider. We lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension and we are satisfied that there is now no risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 August 2020, we received further concerns that the provider may not be meeting some of the requirements. We telephoned the provider to discuss this matter. The provider will be able to give parents more information about this. No further action was required by Ofsted. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
