Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 11 May 2020, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 June 2020, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a change to a household member. We also found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. These are requirements of her registration.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider worked with Ofsted in carrying out required suitability checks for a new household member. On 15 September 2020, we carried out a further regulatory telephone call and we were satisfied with the action taken by the provider to ensure her continued suitability. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
