Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 21 July 2020, we received concerns that this childminder was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 August 2020, we telephoned the childminder t o discuss these concerns. We found that the childminder had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. We discussed this breach with the childminder and acknowledge that she had overlooked the requirement to notify Ofsted. We are satisfied there was no intent to deceive Ofsted. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this matter. The childminder remains registered with Ofsted.
